Kataoka Jewelry

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Confession time. I hardly ever wear jewellery. In fact, it annoys me quite a lot. It makes me fidget, it distracts me, and sometimes it even makes me itchy. Especially rings, I hate how they make your finger sweaty underneath. Even if it’s those thin stack rings. The sweat is real. But, I also know the blood and sweat (literally) that goes into making a piece of jewellery. So I still appreciate a good design. Kataoka Jewelry is a brand that I can definitely appreciate.

On one of my bottomless Pinterest crawls, I came across Kataoka Jewelry. It stopped me in my scrolling tracks. I would wear every single thing designed by this brand. Fact.

Lovely Blogs (Part 2)

I think it’s time to share some more lovely blogs with you again. If you missed Part 1 of lovely blogs, read it here. Otherwise let’s get right into Part 2.

Messy Nessy Chic by Vanessa Grall

Vanessa describes this lovely blog as a ‘cabinet of chic curiosities’. I can’t think of a better description. Every time I receive the newsletter from her blog I find myself thinking how on earth does she find this stuff? Her posts are fascinating, with titles like: Lost Gardens of New York City, Beautiful Tomboys of the 1930s, and World War II Love Letters. All her posts come with the most incredible imagery and a wonderful touch of nostalgia. My favourite post is her series called Things I found On The Internet Today. Here she lists unusual and insane things she finds while trundling through the World Wide Web. It’s nothing short of addictive.
